PRESALE & ORDERS
Is the first TRLY drop available now?
Yes. The TRLY Essential Hoodie is currently available through presale in Black and White. This is our first limited release.
What does presale mean?
Presale lets you secure your hoodie before the production run is ready to dispatch. Once production and our final quality checks are complete, your order will be shipped.
When will presale orders ship?
We expect orders to begin shipping from 13-17 July 2026.
If anything changes, we’ll email everyone who ordered with an honest update. We’d rather keep you informed than leave you guessing.
Why are you running a presale?
We’re a new independent brand, so presale helps us produce the right amount without rushing the quality or creating unnecessary stock.
Can I change my size, colour or address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at support.trly@gmail.com with your order number and the change you need.
We’ll do our best to update it, but changes may not be possible once your order has entered production or been dispatched.
Will the first drop restock?
A restock isn’t guaranteed. Any restock or new release will be announced through our Instagram and email list first.

How does the Essential Hoodie fit?
The hoodie has a relaxed, oversized streetwear fit. We recommend checking the size measurements before ordering, especially if you’re between sizes.
If you’re still unsure, message us and we’ll help you choose.
How heavy is the hoodie?
The Essential Hoodie is made using 380 GSM heavyweight fabric, giving it a structured, premium feel while still being comfortable for everyday wear.
What colours are available?
The first release is available in Black and White, both featuring TRLY branding.
How should I wash it?
Follow the care label inside the hoodie. To help protect the fit and printed details, we recommend washing it inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and allowing it to air dry.

Where is TRLY based?
TRLY is based in Australia.
How much is shipping?
The available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support.trly@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll review it and help make it right.
